Addis Ababa Tegbared Polytechnic College held a “Servant and Customer Questioning” forum, which was fully supported by the institution’s Communication Department, to strengthen the relationship between the service provider and the customer, improve the service provided, and increase transparency in the service process.

Ato Girumqal Zenebe, the College’s Technology Coordinator, presented a document on the services provided and the work done in the past 5 months as a basis for the forum.

Ato Tesfaye Admasu, the Dean of the College, gave an introductory explanation about the importance of the discussion, inviting the audience to give their opinions without restrictions and to ask questions freely.

Based on the presented document, stakeholders freely presented their ideas, comments and questions.

For example, Ato Eshetu Desalegn, who represented the Association of the Disabled, said that the report presented was presented in a very clear and transparent manner that demonstrates the credibility of the current situation, and that women's participation and participation activities and tangible results are commendable.

Ms. Bethelehem, on her part, asked what kind of favorable conditions are there for us to work as partners in the future.

Ms. Labahar said that if the former students of the college who came from work and skills came together and supported the students who need support, she expressed her thoughts, saying that I am very happy that I am in the hall where I was elected and that I am proud to have seen so many changes.

Finally, the program concluded with responses and explanations from the working groups, leaders, and relevant parties to whom questions and suggestions were submitted.
