The Mastercard Foundation Program Phase Two, which is being implemented by Addis Ababa Tegbared Polytechnic College in collaboration with the Mastercard Foundation and the FAWE Regional Secretariat, aims to improve access to technical and vocational education and training and higher education opportunities for young people without education, people with disabilities, internally displaced people, and refugees.
