The management members of Addis Ababa Tegbareed Polytechnic College reviewed the November 2018 Plan Implementation Report.
During the review, the directorates, coordination units, and production centers presented a report that included key activities carried out in November according to their plans, problems encountered, and solutions taken.
Based on the report, the management members who attended the November Plan Implementation Discussion also presented questions and comments on the issues that need to be addressed in the next month, the resources that need to be met, and the existing procedures.
In the report, the Institutional Development Administrator The Deputy Dean of Affairs, Ato Wondu, stated that the report submitted to Mesa was good and said that it is necessary to take the strong points and improve what needs to be improved. Mr. Wondu added that we should focus on key activities and not only put them in numbers but also put them in information.
The program has reached its conclusion by providing responses and explanations to the submitted report and setting the next direction of work.
