Addis Ababa Tegbared Polytechnic College, together with the college leaders, a monitoring and support team consisting of directors and training departments, supported and monitored the college's work departments regarding the implementation of the 2018 budget plan, good governance plan, corruption prevention strategies, service standards, key performance indicators, and key activities of the Peer-to-Peer Forum plan.
The feedback received through the support and monitoring indicated that the excellent activities carried out through the support and monitoring should be continued and the gaps should be filled.
Mr. Tesfaye Admasu, Dean of the College He said that it is necessary to quickly correct the 6 gaps that have been identified, as it is a problem that is not being given due attention and is not supported by information.
Finally, the college leaders emphasized the need to maintain the height of the college by paying due attention to the feedback given to fill the gaps identified and to strengthen the existing strong performances, and to run the work processes in a coordinated manner.
